Stall locations are allocated by organisers.
Site selection is not guaranteed.
All stalls must fit within their allocated space.
Additional space must be booked and paid for.
Full payment required at time of booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Minimum 15–20kg weights per leg (mandatory).
Extension leads (if powered site booked).
All electrical cords must be tagged.
Limited powered sites available.
Must be pre-booked.
No guarantee of access unless confirmed.
Bring your own leads and test equipment.
Must comply with NSW food safety regulations.
Must hold relevant permits and registrations.
Must provide documentation if requested.
Must manage waste, oil disposal, etc.
All stallholders should hold valid public liability insurance. Proof may be requested at any time.
Setup time 7:00am-7:45am.
Must be fully set up before opening.
No early pack-down unless approved.
Stallholders must leave their site clean and take all rubbish with them.
Market runs in light rain.
Severe weather = organiser decision.
In the event of the market being cancelled due to bad weather organisers will advise the stall holders at 6.00 am on the morning of the markets.
Respect other vendors and customers.
No aggressive selling.
Follow directions from staff.
Non-compliance may result in removal.
